1. Who we are
This website and our software products are operated by Novara Intelligence LLC ("Novara Intelligence", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Each of our products (AudioNotes and MeetCoach) also publishes its own privacy policy describing the data that product processes, such as audio you upload or record. Where a product policy is more specific, it applies to your use of that product.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
- Billing information: your plan, billing history and billing country. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Content you provide: audio, transcripts and other material you upload to or create in our products, used only to provide the service to you.
- Communications: messages you send us by email.
- Technical data: basic logs and device information needed to keep the service secure and working.
3. How we use it
- To provide, maintain and secure our products.
- To process payments, send receipts and manage your subscription.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our products, under contract and only for that purpose. These include our payment processor, cloud hosting and database providers, email delivery, and the AI and speech-recognition providers our products use to process your content. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Payment security
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor over an encrypted connection. Your card details go directly to the processor, never to our servers.
6. Retention
We keep account and content data while your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymize it, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, and to delete it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email us from the address on your account. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires.
8. Children
Our products are not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 to use them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach affecting your personal information as required by law.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
